Aggressive competition is another threat because other large retailers could use aggressive marketing strategies to capture Walmart’s customers. Also, small-scale and large online sellers are a threat against the company’s retail business. Through the Internet, small sellers or individuals are able to compete and bypass the company’s presence by using their own websites to sell products to online consumers.
